We offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation in our Family Home. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, all rooms have 20" Free-View Colour televisions, tea/coffee trays, alarm/clock radio and hair dryers. Culm Vale County House has a new Wired Fire-Alarm system installed.
We have 1 en-suite room and 3 rooms which share the bathroom. The rooms that aren't en-suite have a wash hand basin with H &C and razor points. The house is fully centrally heated throughout.
There is ample free off-road parking, therefore making us an ideal touring base for visits to Dartmoor, Exmoor, the North & South Coasts as well as the Exeter University Campus, which is only 3 miles away.

This is an area out in the garden by the swimming pool, the main area has a double bed, free-view colour television, tea/coffee tray and looks out onto the garden, the next little area has a single bed and the bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. This chalet area is unfortunately NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13.
